Problems with today's chat??

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the chat room today?? I just have this little box with a red X instead of a sign in area.

I'm having a little problem of my own, in case somebody can help me.
Since I upgraded my internet explorer to version 7.0.5730.11 I get this error:

If I click any of the options all my browsers are terminated. It happens with any page that uses java, like Laurel's chat, or http://www.visitpanama.com

Can anybody help?

ara I had nothing but trouble when we updated to IE7 I've been using Firefox for a while now. I don't know how to fix that problem unless java needs to be updated on your computer. I really wish I knew more about computers and could help you. Sorry, I hope you can get it figured out.
