I filed the I824 for my husband last month ( husband is in mexico due to a pending deportation he had back in 1993) he has a approved I130 ,,, but my question is ,,, I know the waivers are payed at the time of the interview right ,,, but when are they filed???? meaning filled out by our lawyer ,,, he needs both :innocent:

You file and pay at the same time...with CDJ my understanding is that can either be at the interview or at an InfoPass a couple of days later??? that part is a little hazy to me...did you post this on the CDJ part too??

You file and pay at the same time, correct, per adjucating officer's instructions at IV interview. The officer may take at the same time, or you may need to come back the next day to submit.
