We're having issues with the loan cause of the school loans, they put the repayments way too high so sallie mae had to fax them what the payments would be..which they MAILED out instead.

So now we're waiting and probably have everyone to call to reschedule *everything*, utilities, movers...what a mess. Honestly.

On the up side, i got a new loveseat and oversized chair and ottoman yesterday!

From what I have seen and heard from others buying a house is always a pain in the rear. It's always something. When my brother bought his house, the previous owner let the tenants stay and left it up to my brother to kick them out. Well they wouldn't leave before they were able to vandalize the property. They made such a mess. I felt so bad my brother sat and cried. So much for buying your first house being a happy experience.

well they're paid for and moved in, it was just the whole when it rains it pours thing. They made it through. Now they're going to try to sell.

Marie, you might not see this for a while, but I just wanted to tell you that I like what you have at the end of your posts. Isn't that a song? Many times I am not skilled to understand what God has willed and planned. I was just about to post a rant about how I am feeling about waiting for our process right now, but I think instead I will thank God for the lessons He is teaching us and I will thank Him that He sees the big picture.

I hope your move goes well. Try not to be too stressed and try to get enough sleep.

Oh dang!...That's the same crap hubby had to go thru, damn Sallie Mae (he attended a college in OK waaaay back then and was on a student loan + something else). We paid it off overseas tho, in 6 mths, and boy that was a pita. :( Thank goodness there was only 1 baby at that time...*phew*...
