You asked me to remind you to ask the question about my friend that her case was sent to Atlanta due to psychological problems.
She said her waiver was approved for the illegal entry, but that they had to send her case to Atlanta to be processed for the psychological problem and that it can take 9 months to 1 year to get the decision. She doesn't understand why, maybe it was an error. She has depression and has taken meds, but they put down "agressive" and that she would be a danger to society. Her lawyer said that she should of received her visa the day of her infopass appointment and that they contacted a congressman. Was there anything else she should of done? Are many cases going to Atlanta and what kind of cases? Is a psycological problem a reason a person can be ineligibility for a visa?
