But there's another forum that I belong to that has a "introduce yourself" section and a "current events" section. I was wondering if maybe that would be an option on here? :D

I go to another board that has these too.

Usually the current news would be for like random news you might find interesting that has nothing to do with immigration.

The introduce yourself would be where you can introduce yourself as a new person to the whole board and not just in the subforums where you are asking questions.

like current events for news happening around the world immigration or not just discussion pieces and introduce yourself. I guess in the general discussion section under general discussion, soap box and recipe there could be a meet and greet for newbies.
