OMG: Here is the latest information on the receipt delays. This is first time information: "All I-130s received after the indicated date have been forwarded to USCIS Chicago Lockbox for data entry."

Does this mean that I am finally going to get a NOA1 or is this going to delay the process even longer?

Looks like it's all good

"USCIS is working hard to deal with the increased volume.

Date Received in Mailroom – USCIS will honor the actual date that an application was received in our mailroom; this date will be indicated on the receipt (in the Received Date box) when Form I-797, Notice of Action, is mailed. "

Kitkat: I would just like to get that piece of paper to see what my date will be. We filed I-130 on August 14 and still haven't received the NOA1. My daughter will probably be working on her 3rd child by the time he has to go back to Guatemala.

How's the love birds? Good I hope. It is a great feeling, huh?
