Hi everyone,

I was wondering how long before he can file to become a citizen?

what's your case like? I mean does he already have his gc?

We were already approved and he came back in October.

you can apply for citizenship in the 3 months before the 3rd anniversary of getting his permanent residency. So if his GC is October 06, he could file in August 09.

For spouse this is true. Is onyone have any idea how about childrens who came with IR2 and going to be 17year old when citizenship time due for parents?
