Anyone filed any I-130 for a spouse from Nicaragua, I just want to know how the process is once my husband gets there and is it hard to get an approval on the I-601 as well?

I don't think there is anyone current who is filing through Nicaragua - but I think I looked it up the other day and waivers go through Tegucigalpa, Honduras, so your chances of waiver success should be like the people filing through Honduras, and there are a number of them.

yeah, check out the i-601 in honduras forum and explain to them that while you're filing for a nicaraguan citizen, you'll be going through honduras as well.
