View Full Version : Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells

1. Bring large pot of water to boil ( roughly 4 qt ) then add shells.
2. Sauté onions and spinach in olive oil until onions turn light brown.
3. Drain them and add to the ricotta in large bowl.stir until blended completely.
4. Strain pasta when their cooked( 12 mins )
5. Stuff the shells with the spinach ricotta. ( about 1 spoon full )
6. Place the stuffed shells on a large baking sheet with about 1/4in space between them. ( for best results spray oil on the baking sheet to keep from sticking)
7. Cover shells with Tomato & Basil Classico pasta sauce.
8. Put a quarter sized piece of Mozarella cheese on each shell.
9. Bake for 30 minutes on high.
10. ENJOY!

I make a recipe similar to this one, but yours seems so yummy, I'll give it a try!:bounce::wink:

I had stuffed shells many years ago and they were delicious. I can't wait to try this; thanks for sharing!

I like this kind of stuff. I haven't looked at the recipe thread before..too many grandkids and no time to do a lot of recipe cooking..I just throw it in the pan and there ya go :) I am going to have to look through this now that hubby is home on the weekend!!!!
