Suggestion - Keep it Simple

Since you switched to vBulletin, I think you will have less problems than with phpbb. My suggestion would be to keep all the extra forum modifications down to a minimum. An example would be Country flags, which are nice, but they are not really needed.

The amount of people who come here is huge, and you need all the processing power, all the bandwidth you can get and cluttering it up with extra mods will only slow it down.
