Bring water, cream, butter, salt to a boil. Whisk in grits and reduce heat to simmer for about 7-8 minutes. Add shrimp and the rest of the ingredients. Cook till shrimp are done (pink). I serve it with a Pinot Grigio. It's very rich and heavy, no side dishes needed.

My husband says it sounds pretty good to him. Have put it on the menu for this week...we will serve with santa margarita pinot grigio, fresh green salad and bread.....
