OK guys here is the Deal my mom married a USC in Nov of 2006. She has already sent out her I-130. She decided to "omit" the fact that she left the country and re-entered twice when her parents fell ill and died. Anyway so I have some questions.
Ok heres is the first one. Are they going to hold this against her?
She originally EWI in Sept of 1989.
She left to Mexico in Nov 1995
Returned EWI in Dec 1995
She left again in July 1996
Returned EWI August 1996
Ok heres the second one...
I just now found out that in November of 1995 she went through the American Consulate in Guadalajara to try to get a Tourist Visa and was denied. Is there some sort of consequence since she came back right after she was denied?
Here is the third. Is there anyway for her to correct the I-130 and put the correct information on it?
Any Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
