I found this website, I didn't actually find it. I saw it in Fitness Magazine :D.

http://www.thefitnessdj.com/

You can download free music to workout to...he has different bpms depending what you want to do...I like his 180 bpm for running.

What sort of workouts would this be for? That can really depend.

For an upbeat workout (without rock music), I recommend:

Hello Big Mama - Kraak & Smaak
Hot Pants - James Brown
Si Senor - Control Machete
10 Dollar - M.I.A
Neon Nights - MSTRKRFT
Diva - Beyonce

I don't download music very often and most of the music I download wouldn't be used for a high energy work out, but I thought I would give a few suggestions that are a little bit different than what's been recommended so far.

Can someone PM me their email address? I'm going to try to upload the music on Box.net, but I need an email address and see if you can download it. It will be a MP4 file, so you will need Itunes.
Edit:
Ok....I uploaded the files..here is the link...Let me know if it works

http://www.box.net/shared/ztgdx1uxgb

You have to open it with ITunes for it to work (I think)

I found a CD a friend had called Girltalk...they take popular songs and make like a mix of them all...it's good to work out to. My fave for running is Disturbed...running to metal just makes me go faster but Britney and anything on the radio is best for weights for me. You got to listen to what motivates you to push yourself!

Right now I'm loving...

I Get Money, 50 Cent
Ven Bailalo, Khriz y Angel
Que Tengo Que Hacer, Daddy Yankee
Imma Be, Black Eyed Peas
Ando Pedo, Los Recoditos

And like Travi mentioned, all the house/trance/techno stuff is great for working out. When looking for that stuff I just search "techno mix" which usually brings up cool remixes of orginal songs.
