Does anyone know what Form DSL-851A is? When my fiance was asked for a waiver at her interview it was under Section 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(II), unlawfully present. See Form DSL-851A. I can't find any information about this.

Hey Shrek..I have never heard of this form. It sounds more like a legal citation reference to me - but someone with alot more expereience and knowledge than I, will kick in any moment now to clarify or help with this. I am curious because I am also dealing with a I-601 waiver through a foreign US embassy and want to understand as much as possible of what they may throw at us...
Feeling your frustration shrek...many of the people on this site are such an amazing source of info/support...deep breathes
cheers

Could it be the Final Administrative Order of Deportation? (Form I-851A)
