Question for: Time outside the United States?

Hi All,

Part 7. * Time outside the United States. :

A. How many total days did you spend outside of the United States during the past five years?
B. How many trips of 24 hours or more have you taken outside of the United States during the past five years?


My question is: how do I calculate that many trips for question 'B'? can I just multiply the number of days in question 'A' by 24 and answer it for question 'B'?

Ummmm, no.... 2 days at Niagra Falls, Canada for example does not equal 48 trips. In this example the answer would be:

A: 2 days
B: 1 trip
