Hi,
My first post so hello! I have a question about what someone can do if their approved work petition was, in error, sent to their native country's consulate to be processed. How can they get it sent back to the states for processing and is there a time limit for this sort of action? Is there also any special cases like dealing with this. Any and all help is appreciated.
