Before I go to a lawyer again, just need to ask.
My parents are due for their LPR no later than August 2008; I have aged out under the original 1-130 petition filed for them in Jan 2001.
Assuming they get approved, can they petition for me for family reunification and request my priority date of Jan 2001 be the same? I can't find the answer anywhere...:blush::blush:
