Does anybody knows if border patrol delete the fingerprints of people who they catch trying to cross to U.S.?

How many time the fingerprints are in Border Patrol database?

They call it catch and release....My husband had it done, lucksprite husband a couple of times....There are some posts on this already.

They do not delete the fingerprints! When people go for their interviews at the CDJ consulate they always know if someone had previously been caught and released.

Fingerprints will be passed to the consulate and they will know about any attempted entries. Tell the truth.

For what purpose? Criminal background? To find out what immigration has on you? Could you be a little more specific? Hay varias maneras por la cual uno puede obtener las huellas.

I completely agree with you lopay... there should be a sticky for obtaing finger print requests and also FOIA requests.
