N-400 application, Part 10, question#15, 16, 17

Hi,
I have question about N-400 application, Part 10, question#15, 16, 17:

15. * Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?
16. * Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?

17. Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense?

has anyone posted as "YES" answer? does these questions(#15, 16, 17) apply for traffic ticket? I got one ticket, should I answer "YES" for all 15 to 17?

Non-Alcohol related traffic tickets does not count, as long as they resulted in a fine of less than $500. They are moving violations, not crimes.
