Can some one ask this question if there is a chat with Laurel? we will really appreciate it.

The question is: Is there a risk of her being banned for life?

Hi there.... I will ask this question, but I think she might need a little more information. If you are around, can you tell me how she entered the U.S. (with or without inspection) and when?

Also, was she denied and ordered removed in 2000? And I assume she never left the U.S.?

She enter EWI on Feb 96, she was 17 at the time.

She has never left the country since.

I beleive they pulled the application out and changed it to cancellation of removal in 2000 based on my USC stepson.

Laura, is still pending they just keep changing and vacating the date for her hearings until today we still get a work permit every year and she has a VD letter already signed up.
