thank you guys for all the information.
I am missing my little son and falling apart here. just waiting the God's answer.
I have another ?Q.
1. Where will I have an interview after got an approval notice? In Seoul , or in Bangkok, because of my I-601 is in Bangkok?
2. What they will interview me about? About my overstay and also same like CR1 interview for example , how did I meet with my husband , why I over stay.. such a staff? or about our extreme Hardship?
3. After interview, how long will wait to get a visa? Can I choose a visa pickup day by myself as soon as possile?
4. The Ombardsman could help to expedite the waiver process?
We sent a letter to him .
He said to my husband , that, we ll get a news from Bangkok in 45 days.

Are you talking about an interview after 601 approval? There is no post-approval interview -- you would have had a spousal visa interview and been denied before you filed the waiver.
Bangkok determines if they send you the visa or you pick up it. I would contact them directly to ask about their procedure.
Normally the only people who can help expedite a waiver are your senator or congressman. Generally you need to prove a medical emergency or military deployment for an expedite.

Hmmm..I miss Seoul.. :) We were stationed at Osan and had to get our marriage cert. at the Embassy.
Anyways, generally, You can't choose a visa pickup day. They'll inform you that your waiver has been approved and you come on this so and so date to pick it up. You may hv to call the embassy to double check on that procedure.
