I have my marriage interview coming up soon ,but the problem is over the pass years i have been using a different name . I had been finger printer few times under that name , now my question is can the fact that i was using a different name be seen as document even though i never been charge with final order of document fraud .
My second question is can a conviction of a DUI make you ineligible for 212 h waiver.
