Vermont, really down to 6 months on 212's??!! (not that it helps me, I filed in Buffalo) but this has good implications for both waivers!

but vermont wont accept 212 ..only local offices can farward to it ..funny haan even though it appers its 6 months actually its not

you go apply in local office if local office approves it ur lucky if they deside to send it to vermont then ur 6 months starts when vermont recived the request so what the time frame the local office takes?

I know, million dollar question since there have been any array from 2 to 14 months that I've seen just here for local offices.

I'm chomping at the bit, and since It's been nearly two months, they cashed the check (of course no receipt notice) I figure after four I will get my Senate Rep onto checking into it, maybe they can at least get an idea (realistic or not) of how long it might take. I'm just eager.
