I know this may sound weird or maybe I am dumbfounded, but how do I Know what Visa we are trying to get for my husband? i look thru our paper work and i can't figure it out. Can some one help me?

You will be getting an IR-1 - meaning immediate residency, meaning he can work right away when he re-enters the U.S.

If you are already married, the only other type of visa you could be getting would be a K-3 (if you had also filed the I-129F to speed up the process, which you don't have in your timeline, so I am assuming you didn't do) or a CR-1, if you were married less than two years at the time of the interview. The CR-1 is just like the IR-1 except you have to file something to "remove the conditions" after you have been married two years.

Laurafern....I didn't know anything bout the I-129F to speed up th process...i wish i would have known...It will be 2 years and 2 weeks that we have been married the day of the interview

thanks i know i sound like an air head or something....But since the beginnig i have been doing this all by myself untill we did AOS (Affidavit) and the lady we went to didn't really help us and she was telling us not to go to mexico when we get our interview for CDJ. Then when we received his interview we went to her office in downtown sacramento, her office was closed and she was nowhere to be found... i have called her number and it says it is disconnected....:confused1: HUH weird...I had a wierd feeling about her for the beginnig...
