I-864 fee!!

I Am a bit confused,do i send 380.00$ with the I-864 form?

are you talking about the $380 for the visa fee? If I remember they come at at the same time: the visa fee bill and the I-864. I want to say that yes, they both went to the NVC. It should say in your packet where to send them to. Hopefully someone who has done this more recently will chime in.

The $380 is the Immigrant Visa Bill.
The Affidavit of Support Bill is $70.

They should be sent separately to the addresses indicated on the Bills.

The Visa Applicant (beneficiary) or the Choice of Agent will be sent the IV Bill.
The Petitioner will be sent the Affidavit of Support Bill.

In many cases the petitioner is also the Choice of Agent, but they are separate paths.
