Welcome!
Have you started your hardship letter yet? Are you aware of the Infopass appointment that you will need to make in order to submit your waiver? I'm assuming your husband is in the U.S. illegally.. is that right?

Rox - You have very little time to get things together.
First of all - when and how did your husband enter the U.S.? Has he ever left and re-entered? Does he have any criminal record in the U.S.? (These questions help us assess if he will have any complications with submitting the waiver).
At your husband's interview at the end of the month, he will be denied his visa and told whether he is eligible for an I-601 waiver for his unlawful presence. The hardship letter/packet is what supports the request for a waiver. However, we really need to know the answers to the questions above before anyone can advise you on the waiver.
Anyway, assuming he's eligible for the waiver, you will have to make an Infopass appointment where he will submit the waiver for immediate adjudication. If the waiver is "clearly approvable," he'll be given his visa that day (or maybe the next). If the waiver letter and evidence is not very strong, or there are criminal issues to overcome, he will put into what is affectionately known as "the backlog," and it will be adjudicated in 6-12 months.
If your appointment is on the 30th you probably want to shoot for Tuesday the 4th for the Infopass, meaning you would want to start trying to get an appointment on Nov. 22nd (they only open up two weeks beforehand).
I would strongly encourage you to spend a lot of time on your hardship letter - read through all the sticky posts in this part of the forum and especially read a lot of sample letters. Many of us didn't have severe medical issues, but in that case it's really important to have other strong arguments.

My husband enterd the US in 1994 and he has never returned to mexico...He has no criminal history in the US. I am aware that my husband will be denied and i have been spending every waken minute in of the day writting my HSL. How do I make an Infopass Appointment?

Okay - good, you will be good for the waiver! You make the Infopass at infopass.uscis.gov - keep in mind it's been really hard for people to get appointments, so prepare around the 22nd to dedicate all your time to getting the Infopass. There are lots of stories around here about it taking weeks to get appointments.
