I was just wondering if there were any approvals from September yet, We just hit 8 months, I'm hoping to hear something by my birthdate on July 13th.

Here's an approval

I finally got my wife's approval letter in the mail today!!!!!. It's the happiest day in the history of the earth!! It was signed by good 'ol Oscar Lujan and dated June 11th. Thank you so much to all of you on this site for all that you've shared and your good advice. Our original HSL sucked, and we didn't know it until we found IMM2US and this site. I sent in a 50 page addendum and believe that if it wasn't for the wake-up call I got from you all, I never would have submitted the additional HSl and probably would have been denied. Thank the lord this is over. We just need a pick-up date now.

Here's our timeline:

First interview: July 6th '06
DHS recieved our waiver packet: July 25th '06
Waiver approved: June 11th '07
Approval letter recieved : June 23rd' 07

zamarrone, I was blessed to get a job here in Japan while waiting for my wife to get approved. We haven't had to endure separation like most people on this forum. I just hope we get approved before October because that's when my contract ends here, but I'm sadden to see Visa pick up dates for late September already, that means we'll probably won't get a pick up date until Nov/Dec if things keep going the way they are

YES YES YES!!! We have finally been approved. Approval was date June 16, 2007 and was received June 22, 2007. We are so overwhelmed with joy! :) I hope and pray that everyone else that hasn't been approved, gets approved soon. I will let ya'll know when we get our appt. date.

March - 7.6 months,
April - 10.2 months,
May - 11.7 months,
June - 11.1 months,

If you want to see my full spreadsheet with the Pilot Program and people before August, I can email it to you. It's on a Word document. Also every once in a while I look up members on my spreadsheet that don't seem to be around anymore and see when they logged in last, so if you see people on yoru spreadsheet that I don't have it's because I deleted them. Then if they happen to come back, then I'll put them back on.

I'm happy I found a page like this. I filed a waiver for my wife on August 2005. Like many people I sent a very simple letter with the waiver. After 1 year and a half of not receiving any type of respose, I consulted an immigration attorney. She sent all the paperwork again in March of this year. I still have not received any response. I'm wondering if anyone else has had to wait this long. I called Juarez last week and even the lady I talked to was surprised to know I've had to wait this long. I hope you guys can comment on this.

Hi I was looking at your timelines and they are about the same as mine, But im confused! Our waiver was approved on may 29,07 and we went to Juarez on May 29,06. Our appoinment is for Aug.01,07, they gave us all the forms and told us we had to pay and and repeat the medical exam because after one year everything expires. Are you in the same situation?

Unfortunately, no we haven't received any approvals from October. It might be a good idea to list people from when they were received at DHS, not when they had their first appointment. Most of the people that are listed under the August section are really September DHS cases.
