My fiance has never filed taxes but has all his w2 forms from about 7 years ago! They are from several different jobs but all with his same ssn which isn't his. Should I file these for him with an ITIN number? Can I? Or should I use the ssn that is on them? Or should I not do anything with them?

Yes, you can file with the ITIN number you have for him. Do not file with the bad ssn. I would only file for the last 3 years unless you feel you would be getting a refund for the other years.

I haven't even applied for an ITIN number for him, because I wasn't sure he could even get one. But I can get one for him and file for this upcoming year as well?

Absolutely and it will only make things better for you in the long run. Everyone likes seeing where you are paying your taxes -- more money for the government. It is very easy to apply for the ITIN. When my son-in-law files his, he crosses out the incorrect ssa number on the W-2 and attaches it to his tax return. He has been filing for almost 7 years now with no problems.
