Affadavit of Support question

I gotta know...how much longer will I be responsible for my ex? As in the affadavit of support? Some background info, he got his greencard on 3/17/06 for 10 years. I was his sponsor. Now we're getting divorced and I dont want to be affiliated with any of this stuff.

Isnt there a time limit they work on the form somewhere? Like x many quarter hours?

according to the form, it is 3 years from the time of entry.

Misty I have always thought that its 10 years of work or until he becomes a US Citizen. I am also still responsible for my ex's son. Go into the form online and it will say there.
