so some of you know my history and whats going on...i filed for fiance visa and my boyfriend is in mexico...

well anyway...i'm going to europe for christmas and he is coming to...now he has a connecting flight in texas...does that count as illegal? will that affect our visa? or waiver? will they say he's been in the US twice without permisson?? please help me.

He cannot connect in the US (it is considered entering the US, crossing the border) unless he can enter the US legally. You will have to find another flight....

He definitely cannot connect through the U.S. while he is barred.

where can i find our what countries we can connect from??? he can't get a flight straight to my country...he needs to stop somewhere in europe first....where do i look?

It's not a matter of where to look (other than airline or travel websites). He just cannot connect in the US - it must be somewhere else if a connection is necessary.

thank everyone..i worked it out...europe is more open to immigrants than the US. LOL...we will be connecting in germany!

yes, have a happy holiday, you should not have any problem connecting in another country,united sates is the only country that requires

For future reference, I have flown direct from Cancun to Amsterdam on MartinAir and direct from London to Mexico City on British Airways- I'd highly recommend the later.
