my fiancee is out of us (in guatemala) ... how i get a fingerprint check on him..or the foia?? i am visiting him in 2 weeks and can take his fingerprints there... i mean is it ok to do this stuff and have it sent to me??

For the FOIA just have his sign a consent form. Like if you want to go through USCIS they have a form on the site and on it is a place for him to sign. For the fingerprints you just take the form from the FBI site and put his finger prints on it and mail it in. It's not relly difficult to do.
