I agree with Aprilstorm. You can never never give up even though it seems hopeless. Do not give up hope, maybe in the future there will be something good passed. At some point there has to be some immigration reform, the system cannot continue like this for ever.

Were all the entries after April 97? I see on your timeline he entered in 01. What is the rest? I mean I am sure that you have already talked about it, but I was just wondering.

Sorry it is so hard for you. Can you do and FBI fingerprint check to get the dates? Or and FOIA? The last one will not count at least and lets just pray to god you get the information that you need and find out that it was less than a year. Keep us posted and good luck with everything.
