hey guys, if you guys can remember me i'm the jerk that sent the fiance package in july without the check inside and then left for europe the same day. anyway, i came back in august and the package had been returned in less than a month so i put the check inside and sent it again.
i got a letter in the mail about 2 weeks later that said that my check was cashed. does that count as a notice of action?? ever since august i haven't received anything. is it normal?
oh and there wasnt a case number on that. it has been 2 months since then. do you guys know how long it usually takes before i receive something that says where i stand?
and one more question has anyone filed for a fiance visa around that time? i just want to know if anyone is going through the same process as i am.
