A Bloomington neighborhood is in lockdown as police investigate a bomb threat at a government building in the area.
Both American Boulevard and Metro Drive are closed near the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office at 2901 Metro Drive after the government received "specific information" that a bomb had been planted on a van used to transport prisoners. Portions of 28th and 34th avenues are also closed.
A police dog searching the lot "hit" on the same van twice, Immigration officials said.
Pictures from Sky 11 reveal what appears to be a police officer check in and beneath vehicles in the I.C.E. parking lot -- their search seems to be focused on a van labeled Homeland Security. A vehicle that appears to be a bomb squad truck was also spotted.
