Passport type photo w/I-130

I think it is one, but I filed over a year ago, my recollection may not be accurate...I know it is clearly spelled out in the I-130 instructions.

Hey guys, I went to CVS to get our passport photos. I noticed that the employee brightened the pics quite a bit. It has me kinda worried because I read on the I-130 that it says the pics are not to be digitally enhanced. I told the employee and he said that they always brighten all the passport pics. He took the pics with a digital camera. Do ya think those will be acceptable?

can you scan it to show us? I went to Wal-greens and ours turned out good. I mean we look like we are on Americas most wanted, but they are good in color :)

What ever you do dont go to Meijers. They did them twice for us and they will were rejected when we sent them with the I-130. We lost a couple months because of that:(

well that totally stinks

mtoledo if you are uncomfortable with the way they look then I would get them done somewhere else. You don't need to lose time because of a ****y photo tech. Just a suggestion
