Cook the Pork steaks well done
refry the beans to taste, I cook my beans ahead of time.
Take the Teleda and cut in half and butter it lightly and toast them on a flat grill.
On the bottom half I put a thin layer of beans, then the meat, lettuce tomatoes, onion, and avacado. On the top half I spread crema (or mayo) and hot sauce I make at home. And there you have "chula" version of a torta.
