We received notification on May 7, 2007 that our I-130 was finally approved after a 10 month wait and out paperwork was sent to the NVC. We are still waiting for our packet from the London Embassy for next steps. Does anyone know how long it takes before we should receive the next packet? How long before an interview is scheduled? Any and all help is appreciated

Hi Irishmo,
Good to see you again. I would think that you should be getting some paperwork very soon but I do not have a time line for you. Hopefully someone who has just done this recently will give you an idea. I just wanted to say welcome back.

Thanks for the welcome back. It took so long to get the I-130 approved I wasn't sure it would ever happened. But patience, prayers and little help from my Congresswoman finally made it happen. As I'm sure you can tell, we are anxious to get going since we still have to file our waiver...which is prepared and just keeps getting added to help our case.
