Hi,
I know most of the time people end up in an immigration court because they receive a notice to appear from ICE?! My question is if a person thinks he has a compelling case in which he thinks he deserves to get a waiver or even a green card, can he request to appear in front of a immigration judge?! (Yes i know you will be putting yourself in very dangerous situation/deportation if the judge disagrees you)
If you can, any idea how long you would wait to have your case heard by a judge in NYC area??
