So I was reading Ratitos sticky and do you have to have all that sutff again meaing like the marriage lic, divorce degree, and all that you turned in the first time or just the updated I-864?!?!?!?!?! I mean I gave them all the orginals so I have to get orginals again????

Chula my hubby took all that stuff with him but they didn't ask him for anything except the new I-864. I don't know why they want it, but it's in the packet that why I packed it all up again and sent it with him. I would rather be safe than sorry. Especially now that they're knit picking and seem to make up rules as they go along.

Chula...seriously, I made many copies from when we went the first time...you know just in case I lost one or they got stolen or whatever...so I have everything in order the same way as the first interview...I am taking everything. My luck would be the time that I didn't bring it they would ask for it...so I would take everything and then some...freakin inconsistencies anyway!

No they don't send you anything after you file your waiver. It's just filing it and then the next thing you'll get is the approval/denial notice.
