I entered at usa with visa C3, y try adjust status by te day of interview in garden city NY, the immigration official said me you can't adjust status, we send the case at your country (Dominican Republic), I need to know what is my apportunity approved my waiver in santo domingo consulate. I appreciate your help. I married USC and have 1 kids USC too.
