RitaValen - This probably isn't the best place for your initial post.

Do you have a copy of the letter your husband turned in at the Infopass that explained your extreme hardship?

If yes, please start a new thread and post that letter there without all the identifying information.

Here are some things you should read:

Laurel Scott's Tips for the HSL (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=83)

Examples of Approved HSLs through CDJ - Mexico (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22)

Laurel's Memo on the HSL (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=100)

Tips on supporting documentation (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=3142)

You're going to want to turn in a new letter with lots of evidence and documentation of the extreme hardship you will suffer were your husband barred from the U.S. for ten years in order for him to be approved.
