Hello everyone!!
Its the first time i'm posting on the new forum and i got great news!! My waiver has been approved!!! weeeeeeeee:D
I'm also glad the forum is back.I was anxious to give the news so Pink could add another approval from Lima on her list :)
I'm not sure if everyone is still loging in but i wanted to thank everyone here and specially i'd like to thank another_601er for al ofl her help during my process.

I got a call from RJ on june 10th. Enclosed to the package that i've recieved came a letter (memorandum) that showed Lima had apporved my case May 17th. It took a while until Rio called...To bbe even more detailed here, they really only called me bc i wrote an desparate email to them complaing Mordoran was about to deploy and i had no answer.Then they called my house.I'm getting ready to leave soon Pink. July 27th is the day:D
I'm glad i'm going to be with my fiance for 3 months then he will deploy. I am so relieved i'll be there to support him before he goes...he is schedule to deploy in november. Things totally changed with this approval and he'll go there knowing everything is okay, and that makes a huge diference!!!

Oh Eve and Mordoran, such excitement. I am so glad that you will be able to spend this time together. I know the date can not come soon enough.

Our son and DIL had some troubles even to the very end with the consulate in RDJ...so be strong and don't let them push you around.

From our family to yours thank you so much for serving our country. I so appreciate all of your sacrifices to protect our freedom. I will keep you both in my daily thoughts.

I am just really thrilled to see this approval.

Some sad news though, Rico was denied just a few weeks ago. But on the bright side he has hired a lawyer and will file an appeal. So I hope for the best for him as well.

i appeal my 1 485 about a yr now .the eoir sent a reply tht they the case back to uscis in dc. can any tell what i nee to do next.i was bcos of insufficient info.

its great to see everyone is slowly re-regestering and coming online again. I also missed the site alot. I just want to let you all know that my hardship letter is available to be posted. Pink, Rio already sent me all a big package my passport and everything i'm suppose to take with me and give to immigration officers at POE.I hope they wont bug me with anything else...
I'm just getting ready for many other remaining steps now:)

Hello my dear Cythia and Pink!!!
Cynthia,i wrote you a PM,but i'm not sure if you ever got it.....i'm still learing how to use the new site..ehehe.I'll edit some info on my HSL and i'll send you for sure. If i recall well , your HSL was the only one i could find that had military facts on it. Then,i assume mine will be an extra help for cases that envolves members of the armed forces....I'm here to help in whatever way i can :)
