The appointment letter & waiver approval notice
The approval notice (I-797) for the I-130/I-129 that was filed
A Mexican Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
A new/updated I-864 Affidavit of Support and all the supporting documents
Marriage Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy)
Birth Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy) for petitioner and applicant
Divorce Decree (Original/Certified and Photocopy) if applicable
Death Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy) if applicable
DS-230 updated
Photographs x 2
Medical Exam & Immunization Records
Visa fee if more than a year has passed since your first appointment
Proof that your relative/spouse/fiance has been outside of the country
during entire process:
you can use their pay stubs, money transfer receipts, bank
statements, telephone records, calling cards,
medical bills (if any), etc...
Proof of relationship with relative/spouse/fiance: photos, rental
agreements, contracts, letters from family and friends, plane
tickets, travel receipts etc...
