The approval notice (I-797) for the I-130/I-129 that was filed
A Mexican Passport
A new/updated I-864 Affidavit of Support and all the supporting documents
A new/updated G-325A
Marriage Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy)
Birth Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy) for petitioner and applicant
Divorce Decree (Original/Certified and Photocopy) if applicable
Death Certificate (Original/Certified and Photocopy) if applicable
DS-230 part 1 & 2
Photographs x 2
Police Certificate, Court Records, Prison Records ONLY IF REQUESTED
All documents in languaged other than Spanish/English must be translated
Medical Exam & Immunization Records
Your Immigrate2US inspired I-601 letter
The I-601 form & fee
Fingerprints fee
Proof of relationship with relative/spouse/fiance: photos, rental agreements, contracts, bank account, loans, letters from family and friends etc...
