Question for Laurel's next chat ...

Laurel's website states that her case load is full and she will not accept new cases until 2008. We will definately want her to do our I-601 for CDJ in 2008 (our appointment will probably be in September) - so what do I do? Will she still do consultations when her caseload is full? Do I just keep checking her website until it says she's taking cases again? Does she think she will take cases again during the first part of 2008?

I think you just contact her in January of 2008 and make sure you get on the "list," if such a thing exists.
