After the I129f is approved for the k3 visa what is it that comes next? I am having my husband send me the documents (DS-230, originals, copies, etc.) I need for the I130 and I thought I would have him send me the Documents needed for the I-129f. Can any of you tell me what documents will have to be sent in from the I-129f approval up to the k3 interview?
Thanks in advance.

After the I-129f is approved after NVC will it go straight to Juarez or will it go to the embassy?

It varies from consulate to consulate, but here's what I found for Juarez - the K3 is at the bottom of the page:

Wonder how up to date that is, though, as half of their site still refers to INS (instead of USCIS)...!

On this site it seems like it's saying that all that paperwork is for the Interview so does that mean after the I-129f is approved there isn't any paperwork to fill out and send in before the interview?

You should not have to send anything in unless you receive a RFE (Request for evidence). You will however need to take certain documents with you to the interview.

Are these all the documents that you are talking about that need to go to the interview or are there more?

For K3 it's not the DS-230 it is the DS-156. I may have that number wrong. Someone will chime in. DS-230 is for an immigrant visa (CR/IR), You need the one for non-immigrant if you are going to file a K3.

My hubby got a K1 and he had to fill out DS-230 part 1. I think for the non immigrant visas, they often times use part 1 but not part 2.
That said, each consulate may do things slightly differently. Regardless, they will send you what you need to know, so just follow the instructions from the consulate.
