What to File?

My husband just returned with his approval from Juarez. My question is how can we get permission for his parents to visit the US. His parent's don't want to work here, or stay, we would just like for them to be able to stay with us for a month to visit? Can my husband file for them, or should he wait until he is a US Citizen?

well, if his parents can and have access to a car ..they can request to get a visa , i know because my inlaws got a visa for up to 10 years ..and they can come and visit us whenever they want .

or your husband can wait until he is a resident/citizen to file for them ..
