Does she believe that the "pilot program" will continue after March of 2008?

Does she know the reason behind the decreased time in I-130 appointments being scheduled?

Also would CDJ except to have an updated I-864 at the time of your interview if your interview is in Jan. or Feb.?

I entered at usa with visa C3, y try adjust status by te day of interview in garden city NY, the immigration official said me you cant adjust status, we send the case at your country (Dominican Republic), I need to know what is my apportunity aprroved my waiver in santo domingo consulate. I appreciate your help. I married USC and have 1 kids USC too.
