Can someone pleaseeeee ask something for me on Laurel's chat ?
Does she have any experience with waviers in Bolivia ?
and
Why does she not recommend reapplying waivers in Lima ??? I would have to go through Lima and I'm kind of scared of that comment she made in her paper w/ summaries on waviers from different countries.

Ironically I haven't done any Bolivian waivers. I say "ironically" because my son's father is from Cochabamba and I've had several discussions with my EWI Suegra about whether to send her out of the country to do a voluntary waiver. I've recommended that she not try it at this time because she's just had a baby (my son's aunt is younger than he is) and I'm not sure I can get an approval on her case as it'd have to go through Lima, which is a tough office and I don't think she has enough hardships.

my I ask Why Lima is so difficult ? is it for EWI cases or all cases ?? my SO is an overstay........ thankks :blush:
