Well...my BIL got his first appointment in CDJ for 8/6, they are contemplating going or not. I hope everything goes well for them. I just had to vent with my immigration familly!

ce&ll, best of luck to your sister and her husband trying to make this BIG decision. they should trust thei guts on it, and if they don't feel like it's good timing, maybe they should put off the appointment. it's coming right up!

I agree with Dorthea..if they think they should wait then I would. This makes us all nervous and scared. I hope things work out for them in the end.
Yep. They should think hard about this difficult decision.
For us, it was hard to decide to go (esp. because we had a lawyer tell us a few weeks before our appt. that she was recommending her clients NOT go to the appt.). But we decided we were tired of living in fear and that if we did not try, we definately would not get it. We are so thankful that we did go. Not this is over for us. If we had listened to her, we would still be in the middle of it all! It was people on this site that helped us make the decision.
I pray that they have peace, whatever decision they make. :)
